Our infrared sauna warms your body directly rather than just heating the air around you, delivering a deep, healthy sweat at a comfortable temperature. The quiet cedar cabin does the rest.
Infrared wavelengths penetrate the skin and gently raise your core temperature, prompting a productive sweat without the harsh, stifling heat of a traditional sauna. Your heart rate rises as though you were on a light walk, while your blood vessels open and tension eases.
Settle into the warm, softly lit cedar cabin and unwind for about thirty minutes. The cabin runs around 130°F, warm but never harsh. Keep water close and take it at your own pace. Pair it with the cold plunge for full contrast therapy, or enjoy it on its own as a quiet, restorative reset.
Yes. The hemlock cabin is wiped down and aired out between every session, and we set out a fresh towel to sit on. It’s clean and private every time you come in.
Not much. Wear light, comfortable clothes or a swimsuit. We provide towels and water, and you’re welcome to bring your own. A book or headphones are nice too.
The heat is gentler than a traditional sauna, so most people settle in quickly. If you’re pregnant or have a heart condition, check with your doctor first. Step out anytime you need to. Not sure? Just ask us.
