Hot, cold, repeat. Recovery on demand.
Contrast therapy moves you between a 130°F sauna and a 48°F cold plunge. The swing between hot and cold trains your circulation, speeds recovery, and leaves you calm and clear-headed.
Heat opens your blood vessels. Cold closes them. Moving between the two works like a pump for your circulation and lymph system. It flushes waste, eases inflammation, and releases a clean rush of dopamine and endorphins.
A typical session runs three to four rounds. A few minutes of heat, then a short, bracing plunge. We’ll guide your timing and your breathing. You’ll walk out wide awake and surprisingly calm.
Yes. The cold plunge water is filtered and sanitized continuously, and the chiller holds it at a steady 48°F. The sauna gets wiped down between guests.
A swimsuit, since you’ll move between the sauna and the plunge. We provide towels and everything else. There’s a shower right there if you want to rinse off between rounds.
Contrast therapy is intense, and that’s the point. If you’re pregnant, have heart trouble, or high blood pressure, check with your doctor first. New to the cold? Start with shorter plunges and build up. Not sure? Just ask us.
