Yes. The plunge runs on fresh, circulating water that’s filtered and treated to stay clean. It’s cold enough to do the work without being harsh, and you’re never sitting in still, used water.
A swimsuit. We provide towels and everything else, and there’s a shower right there if you want to warm up after. Come as you are.
